CONSCIOUS BODY BARCELONA / PRACTICAL INFORMATION
Bookings & cancellations
Clear terms to help you plan your session with confidence.
At-home sessions
Payment is due after the session. You may cancel or request a change without a fee. We appreciate at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
Studio sessions
A €10 deposit is required to confirm a studio booking. It is included in the €60 session price; the remaining €50 is paid after the session.
Changes & cancellations
With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may request a deposit refund or reschedule, subject to availability. With less than 24 hours’ notice, a charge of up to €10 may apply for actual, justified studio reservation costs, provided the terms were disclosed and accepted before payment and no statutory refund right applies.
Unexpected events and CBB cancellations
Exceptional circumstances are considered individually. If CBB cancels, you may reschedule or receive a full refund of the deposit. Where legally required, equivalent compensation for cancellation attributable to CBB will also apply.
